Mr Carter has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently the President of MPE International Ltd., which specializes in the engineering, design, and manufacture of mineral processing equipment. John?s company was responsible for the equipment used by Trimcal Inc., currently the largest natural graphite mining company in North America. John is also the President and a Director of Trueclaim Exploration, a publicly traded company with properties in Northern Ontario and Arizona. John has extensive knowledge of mill development and mine in the natural graphite sector and, as such, brings significant value to MEGA Graphite.

John has a Bachelor degree in civil engineering from McMaster University. <

Senior Geologist

Mr King has 30 years of industry experience as a geologist in the areas of mineral exploration, mining, aggregate resource development, and environmental geology. Brian has considerable experience in the Grenville Series of Eastern Ontario, including carbonate hosted graphite deposits, precious metal and base metal occurrences.

Brian is a registered Qualified Person and Professional Geoscientist in Ontario, and is a member of the International Association of Hydrogeologists. In addition, Brian holds an Honours BSc degree in Geology. <
