To me it is obvious what stuffed everything up.

It is to much value was placed on property assets, as we have seen it takes years to recover.

What happens is with debt people have to pay more on mortgage and takes money out of the business sector.

It is all about the housing, governments need to correct that first before anything.

In Australia we do it by keeping supply low, how long that abstract theory works is anyones guess.
