ok this is wild guessing, but might happen ...
if Stone saved above 10% they know they are a pain in the a.. for Focus, but...
assuming their only goal is to make a quick buck and assuming Focus has something positive to announce during the extension it could be a "win win" if Stone accepts the offer and Focus releases the announcement at the same time.
This type of news (at the current POG) could take Focus shares easy above 8.2 allowing Stone to sell out again with profit ... (6.8 * 1.18)
