re: Ann: Letter to Class B unlisted option ho... The class B options appear quite dilutive but as Rosy re highlighted - the conditions under which they can be vested are sound enough.

The company knows the market is hungry for news, we are hanging for the important stuff which has been gently pushed further out, first we were hoping July, then August now Setptember.... and the last few snippets released have been good management of the cicumstances by the board I think. Feeding us some bread crumbs while we wait for the lobster.

1/ Notification of change of address + additional tech analysts. (meaning - lots of good quality data, lets pick the eyes out of it)

2/New Director appointed, legal background (meaning - lets get the Farm out agreements RIGHT and written in the best interest of our shareholders)

3/ Director buying shares on market (meaning I want MORE cause this is going to blow or just a vote of confidence to the rest of us sort of a hang in there guys, one or the other)

4/ Re notifying market of the conditions re class B options (meaning - just a reminder everyone, we have 250 million of these little suckers which might be vesting VERY SHORTLY!! dont say we didn't warn you...)


All above just in my humble little opinion.
