Seems odd that only days after this information (below) was released calling out China as our real saviours, that treasury come out with such a convenient indirect rebuttal to suit the government:

This government appears to spend it's time obsessed with controlling what people are fed from the media.
Maybe this one is to butter us up for a Rudd comeback ... but I really doubt it, the man I believe was dubbed a prick by another senior Labor member not so long back.
