Maybe the punt should be with coretrack. The brr link mentioned that coretrack were doing the well for whicher range, at a total cost, which was less than the mobilization costs, of using a conventional drill rig.
given that drilling costs of the deep wells, are very expensive, then the chance of drilling holes at half the cost(and half the time) ,would be a blessing
