People remember the two Channel 9 reporters getting the sack for some lazy reporting (and yes nothing to do with Julia) because journalistic integrity is supposed to be paramount.
Glen Milne did far worse in reporting a falsehood and by rights (using the Channel 9 benchmark) he should have been sacked.
