I will try not to say too much more until we get the IER now, just a couple of things;

Anthony, you may be right - if you are and there is NO upgrade.....I will vote NO

If there is an upgrade and it is not significant or not reflect in a a FAIR offer price....I will vote NO.

These guys have been milking this cow for a long time & they have to have something to show for OUR MONEY...either send them packing or send them back to do the job properly IN OUR INTERESTS not those of another company.

Don't let these guys rush us into agreeing to something that is half baked because they have been asleep at the wheel.

There will be life after NO.
