its official case withdrawn

I have received a copy of the Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal from the Supreme Court of South Africa.

It's on an Adobe Reader PDF file and I cannot seem to be able to copy and post.

It clearly states that the matter has now become settled between the Appellant and the Respondent.

Dated 1st September 2011.

No doubt others will also receive their copy from A Street.

Sorry that I cannot post actual contents.
I will keep on trying to reformat.

Hopefully all those that caste doubt on P. Landau's integrity on this issue will now crawl back into their hole.
