Thumbs up from me Macleod22, can you advise whether the Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal contains any details on the following matters;

1. Was the appeal adjourned on 30 August or was the case actually heard?, and

2. If the case was heard, was judgment reserved?

I look forward to also receiving confirmation from the court in the near future that the appeal has been withdrawn.

This important development should be welcomed by all shareholders.
