This is what the document actually says:

1."the Appeal hearing* in the above matter was held on 30 August"

2. "the matter has now become settled...."

3. "... the Appellant hereby withdraws its Appeal"

4. "Take further Notice that the the above honourable court need not if it so pleases, deliver judgement in the above matter"


* Don't forget that various people have interpreted differently aspects of what actually took place at the Court. All of these people were most likely not in the Court at that time. So third parties would have been responsible for accuracy of communication.

Once again let's conclude by saying that this court case is over and there should be no legal barriers to a JV being negotiated.
