If your concerns are based on myth or rumour, why not ring the co directly, explain to them your concerns, and ask whether it would be prudent for an asx announced update on the matter ? Your choice of course.
PB's posting based on para 7.7 of the prospectus may be a good place to start a conversation with ECT ?
Risks identified by the co in the prospectus could be another ? Up to you of course.
By ECT, I imply current management or any public relations staff under their employ.
