comsec (not that i put any confidence in comsec analysts) has a buy on PDN - target 2.90. Been reading up on PDN, not sure why its hit so hard. Extract was also affected by Namibian change in policy but has recovered off its lows.
anyone know results of moratorium on canadian assets? and why did PDN pay 260 million for an asset with a moratorium in effect?!!
