You maybe right there not much to date has been said about Kennedy, Richo and Rivkin and the now proven connection to Apline Offset Printing and their insider and undeclared share dealings including in OSH while Kennedy was a director which came to light during their Swiss bankers trial.
I would be surprised if the AUstralian authorities were going to let this one slide and if convicted of any of this, it would have meant a lot more than a couple of months weekend detention.
Something Rivkin clearly would not have been capable of facing
