    Yes Marine. Having hedge funds (Helmsec Global Capital) on the register can cause 'irreconcilable differences' due to their relative shortsightedness. Although I appreciated Mitch's vision for CLR I am also short sighted and appreciate these funds' alleged desire to sell the company in order to extract value for shareholders.
