Santos may not be so clever but again I dont think they are stupid as to how they have orchestrated this whole deal.

Why would they spend another cent just to throw us a life line if the resource was not a valuable fit to their company.

ESG is valuable and they know it. So I will vote no and wear short term pain for longterm gain. I believe in companies with a valuable asset that is very appealing to those up the food chain. ESG has a very valuable asset and they want it.
