I agree with your sentiments here, however SFR proved speccy explorers can behave unpredictably and completely confound critics and SH's alike...SFR on 10th May 2009 went from MC of 45mil to 18th Oct 2009 to well over 500mil on positive drilling results delineating the Degrussa lode...It is interesting to note SFR SP more than doubled from 30th of Aug to the 18th Oct...the tricky period you are talking about...

IMO AVB is well over due for results from all the assays pending and new drilling mentioned in the June 2011 Quarterleys...

Rio Verde the HGZ remained open on strike of 520m, having increased by 100% since drilling commenced. ARVD-141 intersected the HGZ 150m further West along strike, over 3.9m, followed by 22m of Cu where assay results pending???

Deep drilling at Antas South, where hole ARVD-146 intersected a sulphide zone of 32m wide averaging approx. 4% Chalco from 171m where assay results pending???

Alteration and sulphides observed in ARVD-146 shows convincing evidence of the existence of a primary mineralised system at depth...meaning this is being investigated currently...what are the results???

At Serra Verde, drill holes ASVD-02, ASVD-03, ASVD-05, ASVD-06 and ASVD-21 intersected continuous mineralisation on section 645200E at the Pedro Prospect. Three drill holes were completed on a section 200m to the East, with all three holes also intersecting Cu...these results should be due this month???

At Agua Boa drilling has intersected 100m [plus] zones of alteration, interspersed with Cu, indicating the potential close proximity of a significant IOCG system...the results of this delineation should be due???

To complement exploration at Rio Verde, with greater than $19m cash at bank, AVB is in a very strong financial position to pursue new high profile "acquisitions" [that is PLURAL]...Ann. on these should be due???

Meaning IMO there should be plenty of news/ann to keep AVB SP positive over the next 2 months...Lets hope management take up the slack here...and give AVB SH's something to talk about...
