what you find is that not many of the insto's have a mandate to hold a stock with such a small market cap. This was an inspecie entitlement at 20 cents to SHL shareholders and had to be proven by the federal court that this was a fair value for the stock. My calcs make it at about 6 cents cash ( Fully diluted) with the 30 mill that SHL put in less the 8 mill they paid back to SHL.
