Besides, a 0-0 game can be very competitive. Too many blowouts in AFL and NRL (not that I don't like those sports, go Lions!), but seeing a side win by 50 points makes the game a bit dull at times.
A tie is a good result - come on - why not have a penalty shoot out and get a result ?
