placement covers the (many) directors and staff salaries (and expenses) for a few weeks .. and with the GFC hitting harder han ever across the world ..... which telco's are going to be able to afford to upgrade / roll out large networks of pie web phones .. when Telecom NZ saw that they are not a cost effective ... thoughts ?
