Calling them 'Management' is probably a little too complimentary. This whole fiasco is yet another reason why the decision makers need to be removed. If the expanded version of the results (as per the prospectus) were released back on the original release date there would likely not have been anywhere near the drop in value we've seen and in turn, nowhere near the dilution we are about to see.
I also question why they've dropped Baker Young from the capital raising process. Or has Baker Young dropped them ?
