one thing to remember in all this is that the share price of cre is still a significant factor and can get FML over the 90% mark as is with no cap raising.
I havent done the maths to work it out but I believe there is a price point where the VWAP of CRE will allow FML to convert its notes and get 90%.
Sit back and wait for the appropriate time maybe?
