"From what I understand as the meaning of receipt of sales is that it begins on 1 January and finishes at the date on the report. It doesn't start at the beginning of the financial year. I can't find it anywhere in the AASB definitions so I can't support this."
Instead of 'receipt of sales' it is supposed to say 'year to date', whoops.
