In my opinion the Dax is down for one reason only.
Germany is the only stumbling block to a complete euro integration. Yes they have the euro, but integration meaning all euro nations relinquishing their sovereign rights to one body.
The big heads have being saying the same, create a euro bond etc etc etc
The mercenaries are shooting them where it hurts.
