    I think the math is a bit flawed also, most take overs offers in these beaten down market cap stocks you would have to offer a 40% minimum premium to obtain 51% acceptance and control.

    The article presumes all the stock could be bought at around the last traded price which clearly is ridiculous, Having said that the article does not paint a very rosy picture for a number of small to mid tier explorers not just PLV.
