Even though I didn't bpay until the last day, which surely should have taken 2 days to process, I received my full entitlement and free oppies.
They must have been desperate for as many orders as possible. WIN-WIN in my opinion.
Now, lets get that stuff out of the ground, and safely this time rather than out of the ground and everywhere.
