Agree. I think the German High court meet on Sept 15th. Unlike the Federal Reserve, the German court is completely independent of government control.

My guess is that the German court will give the EU bailouts the thumbs down. They will rule them unconstitutional.
If Europe unravels, then the US will follow and that could mean at best a major recession or at worst a second depression.
