Nicholas Curtis seems to experience a great deal of difficulty understanding his duties and responsibilities as a director of a publicly listed company that is in the ASX 100 and requires the highest standards of corporate governance.He seems to confuse his private business interests with those of Lynas very easily. He certainly did not seem to believe that there was any conflict involved in selling assets owned by Lynas to Forge Resources of which he was the majority 19% shareholder.
We at LynasSAG have written to the Board asking them to elect a non executive independent director as Chairman to head the company as soon as practicable.
