    Mr Deeds,they paid $400 an acre for the EFS.
    With oil, the eagle ford shale is selling
    from $5000 to $10k per acre.
    For a $2m investment it could be worth $25m and upwards.
    AKK has a m/c of about $18m with about half that
    in cash so plenty of upside with the EFS,Cooper
    and Niobrara.dyor
