As they have de-listed from the ASX, the shares will no longer be a part of your CHESS holdings with Commsec.

And I suspect - although I am no expert - that those shares a not worth much now anyway. It's all very well to talk about cash backing, nett asset value, or whatever. But if the company has been delisted and taken basically into private ownership, then I'm not sure of the legal status of existing shareholders, and whether or not they will get ANYTHING back for their shares.

IDG did carry out a prolonged buyback on market, and people could have unloaded their shares that way. But I'm not aware of any compulsion by the directors to return anything to pre-existing shareholders once the company has de-listed.
