Nothing seems straight up to me. Sort of an Arthur Daley outfit.

How everyone gets excited time and time again, how many times now? and then nothing substantial ever happens. It is as-if CTP has no connections, no solid personal contacts for entre into anything.

I want CTP to be successful, but after 18 months of being a shareholder and the amount of cash the company has spent, there is precious little to see for it. In fact, if CTP had done absolutely naff all, zero, zilch for the last two years it would have been exactly where it is now and $100m better off. That is the really disappointing thing about this outfit. There is never anything you can get your arms around.

I listen to JH and there isn't anything convincing about him at all. So how he comes across in the big Board Rooms is anyone's guess. After all this time, the original, and still only thing CTP has, is acreage.
