I find how it all turned out interesting more than funny. I will agree with the bears that the real estate media and expert advice is mostly vested interests hypng things up. This is my third big boom bust cycle since being in Perth and I have several observations. When times are good the majority believe the good times will last forever. Likewise when things are down and prices falling the majority believe there is no hope. Do your own homework and be ready to take advantage of whatever situation arises.
