That is the legal deal as I understand it Kiwi .the $10m gets paid whether Xstrata wants to exercise their option or not.

I think Macleod mentioned that Nkwe wouldnt hold them to it if another party takes up the JV they will take the responsibility for the $10m .

Either way ,I expect they will get it.

Do some research if you wish to prove me wrong .
