My reason for restating events was my frustration about the confusing / conflicting statements being posted, without any official announcement by the Coy.
In reading a number of the posts, it seems many believe things will somehow right themselves, and that this crucial trial is not really about to run off the rails.
To assure you I have been focusing on solutions, I have since raised the matter with the ASX and expect EMS will be asked to "please explain".
