There is no reason for the SP to fall to 15c - think about it. That was the bottom that we hit at the height of uncertainty a few weeks ago.

This CR adds additional cash to their BS which is required. Fair enough at 16c you may be feeling like this is too cheap but if The Ace is being invited to acquire more shares they've specifically targeted those with a more substantial holding than the average punter.

So these are people that have invested a lot of money into SUM and most have higher averages than the current price considering where the SP was tracking 6 months ago. They've got long term mind sets and i'd doubt they'd be jumping at the opportunity for a very small return should they sell out straight away.

Now these funds will be utilised to further advance the project.

Have some faith - the fact that people are confident in investing an additional $4m into this company is a good thing!
