in good time i belive that there is a very good chance the neo will come good,

and the broker's have privlege of inside information,

the rest of us poor humble's have to guess what it is that these broker's are trying to achieve,

and at what price level
in order to get in or out at the best price possable level,

i was kind of hopeing today was that buy day,

but alass it was not to be,
