Driving home today (sydney) I saw a 'for sale' sign with a 'for lease' sticker plastered over it. Never seen that before. They usually take down the 'for sale' and put up a fresh 'for lease'.
Hmmm ...interesting. Are The REA's becoming exasperated ??
If i were a vendor i would be thinking 'pretty poor show old chaps'....hehehe
