    The Dow falls 300 points, the US dollar hits a 6-month high, commodities tumble. Silver didn't confirm gold's new high (and neither have gold stocks). Unless they do, gold's rise is looking exhausted. A continued rush to the safe-haven of the dollar could spell the end for gold.
