Clearly the company's strategy is too much for you to grasp - pity about that!!!

If you understand how the money is being spent (ie in acquisitions and capital investment) then you can appreciate that the so-called cash burn rate is not on excessive overheads but on cash generating investments. ATC is acquiring a company with $350k cash in it, assets significantly worth more than the $2.4m in scrip Pulse will receive and the benefits of reduced overheads by moving into one office in HK.

I don't know about Stocko, but to me ATC is addressing its cash burn situation and, more importantly, is growing its revenue base.

To Grant and others, sorry I missed you conversation over the past week or so. I have been away so could not contribute to the thread. I would be happy to throw my 2 bobs-worth in at any time!!

My one disappointment is that the FNT transaction can now not be completed by 31 December 02. This is a minor point, but the company should be telling the market when and why the transaction will now be completed. If any one is listening - JP or others - now is the time to speak!!!
