The part i like most is that 2/3rds of Sepalosiphon is ours.



Sepalosiphon is a fault-bounded, north-south elongated, basement high, adjacent to, and at approximately the same subsurface depth as, the Stanley-1 gas discovery. The northern two-thirds of the feature, including the culmination, are in PPL 269, with the southern one-third of the prospect in PRL 4. The feature is defined on the broad regional seismic grid that extends from the southern edge of PPL 269 south and east, tying to the gas discoveries at Stanley-1, Ketu-1 and Elevala-1. An additional 42km of 2D seismic data was acquired over the structure in late 2010 to firm a drilling target.

Stanley-1 found 7.8 m net, 13.5 m gross pay at the top of a 35 m gross Toro interval that includes 28.5 m of reservoir quality sand. The GWC was encountered at 3137.5 m BKB. Alternative correlations between local gas gradients and condensate yields suggest a condensate yield of either 25 or 34 STB/MMSCF.

Stanley -2 encountered the expected Toro Formation sandstone reservoir containing 23m of net pay. A previously unknown Jurassic sandstone with 43m of net pay and good reservoir properties was penetrated immediately below the Toro Formation.

Sepalosiphon is expected to encounter a Toro reservoir similar to that in Stanley-1. The prospect occupies a similar location to Stanley-1 with respect to charge from the Cecilia and Kau Troughs.
