This article is horrible in so many ways

First off, I think we all know BIS Shrapnel has a terrible track record:

They have been calling for huge gains every year, and prices keep falling in Perth.

Also, their behaviour reminds me in many ways of the National Association of Realtors in the USA is '05/06:
