Yes and no.
Someone willing to put ~10k into options, that they *might* pay another 70K on to convert to shares in ~4 months time.
There is also a significant difference between 3.5c and the 5.5c sell price, and with price trending upwards as well as the generally low volume CRCO has, that is a fairly big deal too.
