what is gcn worth

I have seen many give their thoughts

some don't understand the priority offer, some even think GCN is worth only 4.5 cents due to the priority offer and then nothing after ex date?? some have a good understanding, some have no idea.

    here are my thoughts.

now depending on how many GCN shares qualify each GCN shares held will get you 0.14 or 0.15 Priority shares FREE

now there is a min you need to hold to qualify but no limit to how many, in other words if you hold 55000 you will get around 8000 PI shares, if you own 1 mill GCN you get around 150k

now the 55k figure they picked is to make sure each shareholder owns at least $2k worth of Priority shares for listing rules.

Anyway obviously if I was buying a stock that was trading at 2 cents that was about to give me a dividend or bonus of 4.5 cents, (based on 0.15 of 30 cent share) I would be happy to pay many times 2 cents. I would say seeing it is a one off probably 8 to 10 cents.

Now Priority one will obviously have an independent valuation done to back up the face value of 30 cents due to listing process.

GCN has many other business' in their stable to justify a much higher value without the Priority bonus.
IPTV is a growing industry and we have just seen the tip of the iceberg.

    BUT
not many have worked this out

if Priority are valued at 30 cents, with 778 mill shares that is $233 mill market cap.
Now ALL of Priority business is in partnership with GCN who have a 505 revenue shares.

So if Priority has a little less shares than GCN, and has a market cap of $233 mill, GCN getting 50% of all revenue, how on earth can GCN be worth less than $20 mill

I say from this partnership alone GCN should be valued at $200 mill which would give you a sp of 20 odd cents, plus the bonus of 4.5 cents. so my view is when it goes ex there is still a value of 25 cents or so in GCN because they have a 50% revenue share of Priority.

Now when they get this to China, who knows what this company and GCN's 50% revenue share is worth.

Plus all the things GCN originally had.

Now a while back I said if they can do one deal they can do 50 deals, remember they are using the TV manufactures infrastructure, and I said many will knock on their door, and so they did, and so will others.

the potential of this company is endless.

I bet they have attracted the attention of even bigger companies,

So I seen GCN is hugely undervalued prior to Priority

and I see valuation from Priority at say 29.5 pre ex date, and 25 cents after ex date, if the valuation of Priority comes in at 30 cents, it could well he higher,
when they get into China with this it could well be multiples of this.

and remember this is just the Priority deal, not their existing business which I think had the potential to be worth a lot more than $100 mill.

with the Priority listing and need for valuation it does give GCN something to base their own valuation on, so the valuation of Priority will also give a valuation to GCN as well indirectly.
