This has got nothing to do with being a startup company - this has got to do with misleading ann's and poor disclosure to the market. The management sucks and the technology is great. I have shares in the company because I support startup companies with fantastic technology - Lumacom has this. The management sadly is only about 10% as good as the technology. When I put my money into a company I have a right to know the TRUTH about what the company is doing - that is not occuring at the moment Riverview.
