Good discussion here. This popped up on my radar after dropping substantially in price, but I can't quite work out if it is cheap.
My assumptions: Shares: 60.5m Equity: 33m Price: 1.80 MCap: 108.9 Net Cash position: -16m EV: 124.9m RR: 0.12 NPAT: 8m
Now the key next input is the forecast growth rate. Using the following I get the following numbers: 0: 0.84 0.03: 1.02 0.04: 1.12 0.05: 1.23 0.06: 1.39 0.07: 1.62 0.08: 1.95
Now obviously 8% growth isn't possible for perpetuity, but if say a higher growth rate can be achieved in the first few years it more or less means the same for valuation purposes. My question is, does anyone have any idea what the headline growth forecasts are for the next 1-2 years?
Still seems reasonably expensive, especially on relative valuation metrics? How are you all valueing this?
Cheers
