By the way it may be of interest to you [and others] that about two years ago I met up with a person I had known for a few years at a Conference. He was a Professional Indemnity Insurance Broker and had previously been a Professional Indemnity Underwriter for a major Insurance Group [including overseas experience].
I explained my situation to him and he thought I had an excellent chance of succeeding with a Claim against the Financial Advisers involved in my case.
