seeing they are not raising money, I don't see it a long process, no prospectus is needed if there is no money being raised

so it could list late Oct. with no raising there is less complications

but cut off date is 10th Oct to hold GCN shares,

buying shares at 2.2 cents to get a 200% bonus shouldn't require too much thought.

Some of the directors at GCN have plenty of experience at listing companies, can do it in their sleep.
