Unfortunately this is what it is and media speculation etc does us no favours. I agree that the investigation focus's on individuals who happen to be working for a company currently dealing with our beloved SDL. The other questions about the trading this morning are valid IMO.

If we were to take SDL and Hanlong out of the headlines, what do we have? We have a couple of executives under investigation for insider trading. Have not yet been found guilty or innocent and are entitled to their day in court. Hardly news worthy.

Unfortunately this is emotion based trading and something we all need to deal with. Individuals will do what they think is best and there is no right or wrong in that. I think this is a storm in a tea cup myself and we need to remember that the investigation and subsequent court proceedings (if charges are laid) will be around for a LONG time to come. Our legal system doesn't exactly work fast. Just my take. Hoping for the best.
