there was an event promoting real estate investing last week which was heavily advertised in local radio and newspaper.
i decided to go and see .i booked my seat which was free. got a conformation call and email. the email read the seats are heavily booked and if i was going to bring someone with me i should inform them in advanced.
when i got there ...it was a seminar room .....plenty of snacks enough to feed an army......
well there was two delegates who came from out of town to promote their business and sell properties......
ahhhh ok i was the only soul who ATTENDED IT ! there was absolutely no-one! well it shows how bad the market is rite now !
