so what's going to happen when Greece defaults, and the other Euro banks are having to suck up 50% losses on their debt?
snowball effect on the Greek consumer, no spending, which leads to retailers at the malls not being able to pay the rent, and ultimately not being able to service the repayments.
banks will want to call in those debts, but can't as they can't find anyone willing to pay anything decent 'at this time'.
if they leave things be, it may become worse - if not, they might wait it out for brighter days. this is going to be the same for holders here too.
Anyone see a different course of the above for AEZ?
